• Minimum of 4 people.
• Booking must be made 7 days in advance.
• Not available on Saturdays
• Clients who arrive late may have their treatment time shortened to finish at the scheduled time. Payments will be charged in full.

No Shows:

While we do our best to be flexible, please appreciate that when a therapist is booked, even for a small treatment, we cannot take bookings for any other treatment. We therefore require that any no shows on the day are paid for in full and cannot be offset against other treatments for other spa party guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 full day's notice will be charged the deposit fee. As per the No Show policy stated above, the group booking will be charged the treatment value in full for individual guests who do not show up for their appointment. This is because the therapists will have been reserved to service your group and cannot be booked for other clients at such short notice.
