Sense of Touch is a multi-award winning day spa operator with six prestigious locations in Hong Kong. Our exclusive Repulse Bay Arcade which opened in October 2009 was awarded Day Spa of the Year in Asia Spa Baccarat Awards 2011, Best Luxury Day Spa in World Luxury Spa Awards 2011 and voted the Best New Spa for 2009 in Hong Kong by TimeOut Magazine. We have two locations in Central; our 5-story flagship spa in Lan Kwai Fong that, with it’s rooftop lounge, was awarded the Best Sparty venue by HK Magazine in 2010, and our popular boutique spa at Arbuthnot Road. Our two destination day spas in Discovery Bay and first franchise in Sai Kung completes our Hong Kong family.
Sense of Touch started with its humble beginnings at our Hollywood Road location in Central in 2002. Opened by Anna Treier and Neil Orvay, Sense of Touch was conceived by Anna to deliver quality service with a personal touch. As we have grown, we have strived to maintain that personal touch and Anna is regularly at all the spas checking on the staff and clients while Neil remains very much involved behind the scenes. We are proud to still be known for our excellent customer service, friendly environment, highly qualified therapists, and we have received numerous accolades and recognition for our passion, devotion and quality. We will continue to do our best to see this continue.
Our signature treatments are formulated in partnership with the world’s leading beauty brands incorporating innovative techniques that work on the face and body. Our famous “almost painless” Brazilian Wax was the result of many years of research into best products and practices. Sense of Touch has exclusive rights in Hong Kong to our now famous ‘blue wax’ meaning only we can claim to have the wax formulation skills to achieve a nearly painless Brazilian Wax.
Our therapists are well-trained, well-versed, well-mannered, warm and friendly. They are trained both in-house and by our outsourced professional beauty trainers.
